be awesome! Life is awesome and it’s too damn short to approach it with anything less than a crushingly potent attitude towards awesomeness.
What is your major goal for the upcoming season?
I want to score more goals in beer league hockey.
What goal did you crush last season?
I scored a few goals in beer league hockey

A&W teen burger every time
What is the most ambitious thing on your life bucket list?
Be as fit in my 60’s as I am in my 40’s
If you were stranded on an island what book would you want with you?
Chocolate or Vanilla Ice Cream?
What is the hardest workout you have ever done?
Track- 400’s starting with 90 seconds rest- decreasing rest interval by 5 seconds each rep and have to hold under a specific pace. The set is over when you can no longer hold the prescribed pace.
If you could have dinner with one person (living or deceased) who would it be?
My kids when they are old and I’ve already been dead for several years. It would scare the crap out of them.

Jasper has been one of Canada’s most reputable endurance athletes for the past two decades. His accomplishments are numerous including an Ironman title and dozens of professional wins as a triathlete. From the year 2000 to 2011 Jasper never finished worse than 5th in an Ironman with the exception of one race in 2001. He has also competed extensively as a runner, swimmer and cyclist.
Jasper spent the better part of his teenage years competing nationally as a downhill skier. In 1993 he moved to Toronto to pursue a career in tennis and in 1994 he received a full scholarship to play tennis for the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay, an NCAA division 1 school.
Jasper moved back to Canada in 1995 and enrolled at the University of Guelph. Jasper received a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in 2000. During this time he competed on the University of Guelph swimming and running teams and was an Academic All Canadian in 2000.
Jasper brings over twenty five years of real life experience to the programs he creates and delivers them within a structure that is easy to understand and makes sense.
