24 Medjool Dates – pits removed
2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 Cup Dried Blueberries
1/2 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tsp Chia Seeds
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Hemp Hearts
Add dates into food processor and blend until large ball forms.
Then add remaining ingredients -except hemp hearts- in food processor and blend until well com-bined.
Lightly oil or dampen hands before rolling the ‘dough’ as it’s very sticky. Then roll ‘dough’ into bite sized balls.
Place hemp hearts in a shallow bowl and roll them in the hemp hearts.
Place balls in container and store in fridge or freezer.
