In today’s society, we are so overwhelmed and inundated with distractions: TV, work, social media, stress. We never seem to focus on the moment – we check emails while attending meetings, we update Facebook while working out, and we have personal conversations with people while we’re thinking about work. If you’re at work, be there; if you’re having quality time with your family, be there; if you’re in the middle of a training session, be there. It’s amazing what can be accomplished when we’re both present and focused.
