B78 Spin Workouts

When: Tuesday and Thursday’s 5:45-6:450pm October 29, 2013- March 27, 2014
Workouts will be designed to help riders improve both their technical riding skills and will target all appropriate aerobic systems. Feel free to bring your own bike and trainer/rollers or use one of the fully adjustable cyclops spin bikes provided (please bring your own pedals and shoes or shoes with SPD compatibility)
