Chelsea Raymond Delivers Courage and Class on the World Stage
What a week for Chelsea Raymond at the Age Group ITU World Triathlon Championships in Australia!
In a dramatic and hard-fought race, Chelsea delivered one of the most exciting performances of the event, tying for 4th place after an incredible sprint finish. Her grit and determination were on full display as she went head-to-head with some of the best amateur triathletes in the world.
Just two days later, Chelsea was back on the start line representing Team Canada in the Mixed Team Relay. Racing as the third athlete in the four-person lineup, she powered through the field—moving the team from 12th up to 2nd during her leg. The team ultimately finished 10th overall, a phenomenal result on the global stage.
What makes Chelsea’s performance even more inspiring is the adversity she faced leading into the event. Despite challenges, she showed up, stayed composed, and raced with courage, heart, and passion.
